He previously led global thought leadership efforts at Aimia and LoyaltyOne. Rick has consulted for Fortune 500 clients including American Express, Procter and Gamble and Visa Inc.

In addition to serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Wise Marketer Group, Bill is President and CEO of Hanifin Loyalty, focusing his work at the intersection of data-driven marketing, payment products, and marketing technology. He is also co-Founder of the Customer Strategy Network, a global alliance of independent CRM and loyalty marketing practitioners.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in digital marketing and publishing. As Managing Editor, he drives integration across all of The Wise Marketer's service offerings, and ensures readers, users, partners & clients are receiving the best, broadest and most integrated thinking the agency can offer. He previously served as CEO/President of Rankster, a digital agency focused on helping medium-to-large organizations grow their customer bases and increase revenues. Chairman, Customer Strategy Network Mike is chairman of the Customer Strategy Network, which owns the Wise Marketer Group. Mike is a highly respected and well-recognized expert with twenty plus year’s experience within the Loyalty/CRM solutions market. His specialist knowledge in all aspects of loyalty program development has led to work supporting global brands in most vertical markets including retail, finance, banking, and coalition loyalty programs.
