Recognized for a Sixth-Straight Honor from the Incentive Marketing Association, Marking Four Years in a Row an Award has been Won.

NORWOOD, MA. September 22, 2020 HMI Performance Incentives, a worldwide leader in B2B incentive solutions, is pleased to announce it has won its sixth-straight Excellence Award from the Incentive Marketing Association. HMI received the award in the “Best Merchandise Incentive Program” by submitting the iRewards program for longtime client, APC by Schneider Electric, a global leader in management and automation systems.

This recognition marks the fourth year in a row where HMI has won at least one award and is a testament to the breadth of expertise and diverse clientele the company serves. HMI’s list of awards won continues to grow, as the company has now won awards in the following categories: Best Sales Incentives; Best Distributor Program; Best Innovation Program; Best A/B Testing; Best Short Term Promotion and now, Best Merchandise Incentive Program.

“I’m very honored to have received yet another award from IMA, especially as we won it alongside a client we’ve had consistent success with, APC by Schneider Electric,” said Kiwon Chang, CEO of HMI Performance Incentives. “This award is a great testament to the commitment and dedication HMI has been putting in to provide creative solutions and service to our clients, no matter the ask. I am looking forward to continuing the award-winning tradition and innovation that drive clients’ success at HMI.”

iRewards was designed to drive engagement amongst channel partners after HMI identified this as an area APC could build on to increase sales revenue. HMI created a multi-faceted approach motivating participants through rewarding brand-name merchandise and implementing engagement strategies such as questions of the week, training modules, and promotions.

“Over the last 10 years we’ve been working with HMI to deliver individual awards to our channel partners. We don’t provide just awards for selling our goods, we also engage with our partners through gamifications and recognition of key activities like learning,” said Jamie Bourassa, Vice President of Channels at APC by Schneider Electric. “We believe every year an additional innovation goes a long way at driving strong business results and is contributing to the reason we’re here today accepting this award from IMA.”
