ampliFI Loyalty’s Real-Time Rewards Suite adds another solution – “Pay With Points” – Powered by ampliFI and first launched by UMB Bank

Naperville, Ill. – (August 18, 2020) – Financial institution cardholder loyalty-and-engagement leader, ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, continues their efforts in product innovation to offer the “Pay With Points” solution. This real-time redemption offering allows cardholders the ability to pay for purchases with points at the point of sale. The initial launch was completed with longtime partner, UMB Bank.

As part of the loyalty provider’s real-time redemption suite, the Pay With Points solution is available at any merchant when the consumer uses their UMB Visa branded credit or debit cards. “Pay With Points allows for increased communication with cardholders via a targeted notification strategy, enabling opportunities for real-time engagement at the point of transaction,” says Mike Moss, Chief Operations Officer at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions. With Pay With Points, UMB Visa cardholders are notified via text or email right after the purchase and can choose to redeem points for their transactions via statement credits before they even leave the store. Moss adds, “Pay With Points makes the redemption process quick and easy, allowing cardholders to redeem their reward points for virtually anything they purchase.” Cardholders will also have the option to pay for transactions after they have posted to their account providing additional choices for redeeming rewards that are easy and convenient.

Ron Silvia, ampliFI Loyalty Solutions’ Chief Revenue Officer, is excited for this solution and to be partnered with UMB Bank, as the offering launch partner.
