“Let’s Talk Loyalty” Wins Loyalty Industry Accolades

The Industry’s First Podcast Wins Awards for Excellence

Let’s Talk Loyalty” is the world’s first podcast for loyalty marketing professionals worldwide, and today the show has won two prestigious industry awards from the “Customer Fest Show” — one of Asia’s top loyalty conferences.

The show was chosen for the two awards as it boasts over 500 plays per show — more than three times the industry average for a B2B podcast.

Let’s Talk Loyalty has been officially declared the winner of two categories:

  • Best Influencer Marketing Campaign
  • Best Customer Experience Vendor / Consultant / Service Provider

Hosted by loyalty industry personality Paula Thomas, “Let’s Talk Loyalty” is targeted at loyalty industry professionals who create, run and promote marketing programmes that drive customer loyalty. With the industry spending over $323 billion on customer loyalty propositions, the show brings the global loyalty community together to continually learn from each other.

About the Host:  

Paula Thomas is an established consultant and writer in the loyalty industry, with over a decade as a freelance loyalty marketing consultant across many verticals including airline, telecoms, banking, health insurance and energy utilities. She has a written a book in the convenience retail sector entitled “Driving Loyalty in Convenience Retail” and is also a former judge for the Loyalty Magazine Awards.

She holds an MBA from Smurfit Business College (Ireland’s top business school), and is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP).

She launched “Let’s Talk Loyalty” in August 2019 as an innovative platform for loyalty professionals to listen to the latest ideas and insights from global loyalty industry professionals.
