I was introduced to Robert Passikoff recently by a mutual friend. We had a lunch together and are becoming fast friends. But that’s not why you should watch this interview.
Robert is the founder and CEO of Brand Keys, a data/branding/research company that publishes the annual Brand Loyalty Index. This year’s Index examines customers’ relationships with 822 brands in 90 categories and is based on surveys of more than 50,000 consumers in the U.S., and there is a LOT to glean there. But the real reason to pay attention to what Passikoff has to say is because he has a perspective on broad consumer preference shifts that comes from decades of research and analysis.
Robert and I are going to be meeting and doing these interviews more frequently – this is the first of what I hope will become a long series of loyalty marketing conversations between us.
