iPoints rolls out more UK white label loyalty

The iPoints white label business-to-business (B2B) rewards scheme is to be launched for UK-based IT solutions provider, IT Solutions GB, expanding the reach of iPoints' internet-based B2B rewards arm, BusinessPoints.

Following the launch of IT Solutions' loyalty programme in July 2003, based on iPoints' white label loyalty programme system, IT Solutions' business clients will be provided with a flexible programme that offers iPoints for purchases, which can then be exchanged for a range of rewards.

Business bonuses Those registering for the programme will receive an iPoints bonus to start their collection, and those points will be doubled when the scheme officially launches.

Once IT Solutions' clients register and log-in to the programme's web site account management facility, they will have access to a personalised page where they can check their current points balance, and see a list of any rewards for which they already have enough points.

Speaking for IT Solutions GB, commercial director Lyndon Ratcliffe said: "The issue for us was how to add interest to a commodity product range in a competitive market."

Other successes "Because we are able to tap into a huge range of rewards we can offer businesses an extremely motivating scheme that participants can get really involved in," explained iPoints' marketing director, Geraldine Tosh.

"We also offer business expertise in terms of technology and communications because of the skills we have gained through work on our consumer side, which generates over 2 million customer communications a month," Tosh added.

iPoints boasts an already strong incentive scheme portfolio in the business sector, having recently launched a number of other initiatives including sixtpoints.com with Sixt Kenning car hire, an initiative with XMA computer products, and OnMedica points.

iPoints currently has more than 950,000 members in the UK, and works with more than 60 clients both online and offline.
