LoyaltyOne’s Bryan Pearson takes the lead on Retail Loyalty for the Wise Marketer

The CEO of LoyaltyOne and its group of companies, and recognized loyalty-industry expert, is the first Lead Contributor that Wise Marketer will feature from a growing list of expert contributors to the publication.

Wise Marketer Group announced today their aim to feature expert opinions in key sectors, disciplines, or geographies that influence the customer engagement and loyalty industry. The company kicks-off their plans to broaden industry coverage with a commitment to publish thoughts and insights on Retail Loyalty from, Bryan Pearson, CEO of LoyaltyOne.

Bryan Pearson expressed, “To be able to express my views on retail loyalty, and even other areas of loyalty, in a niche global publication, like the Wise Marketer, helps us to better influence the mindset of retailers around the world. In particular, among those that are faced with disruptive challenges and are in need of help with their customer programs to remain competitive.”

Over the next 18 months, the loyalty-industry publisher and educator will begin publishing editorial opinions from even more experts. The aim is to further strengthen the collective voice for marketers, practitioners, and technologists wanting to understand the current news, trends, and changes impacting customer loyalty.
