Richard Pistilli is an experienced fintech entrepreneur and investment banker, with over twenty years of capital markets experience. He brought this extensive background to the loyalty industry and recognized not only the continuing popularity of customer loyalty strategy but also the exploding growth of online sports betting.

Since being approved by the Supreme Court in 2018, Online Sports Betting (OSB) has exploded to an estimated $80bn market size. Household brands such as Disney, AT&T and Comcast, have made substantial investments and created partnerships with all the major leagues, making Sportsbooks mainstream.
