Julia Metaxas is Senior Director of Growth at Lulu and Georgia. In her role, she oversees all marketing, onsite merchandising and sales initiatives and is passionate about discovering and optimizing new avenues for growth.

Prior to her role at Lulu and Georgia, Julia worked in direct marketing at Time Inc. and MBI, Inc, specializing in email and direct mail.

She graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle.

Sarah Cascone is VP of Marketing at Bluecore. Her focus at Bluecore is uncovering the marketing stories that demonstrate how retailers are tackling the rapid changes in the industry and she has a passion for connecting the human aspect of marketing to business growth.

Sarah believes in putting the shopper first to ensure retail businesses thrive and has been the inspiration for the creation of retail communities such as the DTC Collective and Coffee & Commerce.

As the VP of Marketing, Sarah is responsible for ensuring the market knows why Bluecore exists and how it turns retail data into revenue-generating campaigns for the world’s leading brands.
