Bill is CEO Wise Marketer Group LLC, and serves as Managing Editor of TheWiseMarketer.com.Bill is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP). Since 2006, he has led Hanifin Loyalty LLC, a strategic marketing agency focused on designing, managing, and evaluating customer loyalty and data-driven marketing programs. Over that time, Bill has worked with notable brands throughout North America, Latin America, EU and Asia Pacific regions. Bill is a sought-after speaker by many industry groups and is a member of the Forbes Agency Council and Retail Wire Brain Trust.

A 43 year veteran of the marketing services industry with deep knowledge of the loyalty marketing space, Mike is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP), a globally recognized speaker and author in the loyalty arena, and a partner in the Customer Strategy Network. He has taught loyalty and marketing courses at five US universities and among practitioners in eight different countries. In addition to serving as dean of the Loyalty Academy, Mike operates his own specialized marketing consulting and strategy firm.

Aaron leads day-to-day operations and corporate development for the Wise Marketer Group. He is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP). Previously, he has been: a senior marketer at Rubikloud (CMO) and Aimia, led client services for the small business division of Gartner CEB, on corporate development and business development teams within divisions of Alliance Data, and on the retail-marketing team of Shell Canada. He also taught Marketing for 5 years at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Kelly is an accomplished, industry-recognized loyalty marketing and customer experience executive with a solid 25+ year track record of success in developing, planning and implementing marketing strategies that increase share of customer and maximize customer profitability. Kelly has continually challenged the status quo in the loyalty marketing space, serving as a change agent and thought leader. She has been recognized as a top loyalty strategist in the industry, as well as a practitioner, who provides hands-on execution and works side-by-side with clients to implement strategic initiatives. She is regularly featured as an industry thought leader in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, USAToday, Brandweek, BusinessWeek, Advertising Age, Smart Money, and Wise Marketer.

Margaret is a Partner in the Customer Strategy Network and serves as a Senior Faculty Leader and Member of the Board of Regents at the Loyalty Academy where she teaches a variety of courses on best practices, loyalty technology and program operations. She also co-leads the Annual CLMP Certification workshops held around the world. She carries both client side and service provider experience in the loyalty industry and today operates Effective Execution, an independent consulting practice out of Toronto which focuses on helping clients realize efficiency, effectiveness and competitive differentiation in their marketing strategies and operations.

Experienced in providing technology & services in all aspects of mobile loyalty & payments, Nick has launched and managed mobile loyalty programmes for a number of leading UK brands including Giraffe restaurants, Sodexo & Ed’s Easy Diner. Nick is CEO of Mobile Loyalty Technologies Limited and has previously held senior loyalty marketing positions with Avios (formally Airmiles), AIMIA and Shell. He has also been involved in a number of successful start-ups, including Kula Causes, a US based social venture & technology company. Nick is a regular conference speaker and contributor to leading loyalty marketing publications.

Charlie founded and leads WPP’s loyalty and partnerships specialist agency, Mando-Connect. She and her team work closely with programmes who are looking to make a step change and sees data-fuelled partnerships and rewards as the key to unlocking a programmes’s full potential. She is also very passionate about developing actionable insight for the loyalty industry – she commissioned and co-created the biggest study ever into the UK loyalty industry and regularly contributes to the loyalty press as a thought leader. She has worked in the industry for over 20 years, across multiple sectors, for UK and Global clients and across programmes big, small, new and established. Outside of the work she can mostly be found enjoying time with her crazy family and 2 small boys, planning adventures and enjoying London life.
