Marie-Helene Cusson is Senior Director, Digital Merchandising & Analytics at RONA, where she leads the company’s digital strategy, data analytics, and online merchandising initiatives. Over the past decade with RONA (formerly Lowe’s Canada), she has held multiple senior leadership roles spanning e-commerce, brand marketing, and digital strategy, driving innovation across banners including RONA, Réno-Dépôt, Ace Canada, and Lowe’s.
Her expertise ranges from go-to-market planning and customer intelligence to e-commerce merchandising and omnichannel marketing. Most recently, she spearheaded the launch of RONA’s award-winning AI-powered search platform, which earned the Retail Council of Canada’s “E-Commerce Experience” award in 2025. With nearly 10 years shaping the digital evolution of one of Canada’s largest home improvement retailers, Marie-Helene continues to champion customer-centric, data-driven innovation that enhances the shopping experience.

Outside of work, he and his family of four stay busy with Irish dancing, high school theatre, and frequent travel adventures.
