7-Eleven Canada launches new loyalty scheme

7-Eleven Canada has announced the launch of its '7Rewards' loyalty programme, based on a mobile app that allows shoppers to customize their own rewards experience. Buying any six drinks served in a 7-Eleven cup of any size results in the member getting their seventh one free.

Frequent beverage buyers will reap the rewards of their loyalty to 7-Eleven locations with free coffees, Slurpees, iced coffees and Big Gulps - in fact, any hot or cold drink served in a 7-Eleven cup, including refills.

Exclusive to 7-Eleven Canada, customers who use their apps to scan their drinks purchases will also be entered to win a trip for two to one of the Seven Wonders of the World. 7-Eleven Canada is giving away seven trips, one each week.

Users can download the mobile app (available in the Apple iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store) and register as a member. After that, the app automatically keeps track of their digital 'punch card' via in-store scans. Once a free drink has been earned and redeemed, the tally starts afresh.
