Priority Club launches UK 'Any Hotel, Anywhere' card
A new reward card for UK Priority Club members allows them to redeem their points at any hotel that accepts American Express, anywhere.
From September 2006, UK Priority Club Rewards members can redeem the points they earn at Holiday Inn and other InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) properties for stays at not only 3,600 IHG properties but at more than 500,000 hotels worldwide - including competitor hotels.
The points are redeemed for the Any Hotel, Anywhere reward card, a pre-paid lodging card. Any Hotel, Anywhere Cards are available in five denominations, starting from £75, and can be redeemed for stays in any hotel that accepts the American Express Card.
Loyalty is a two way street According to Steve Sickel, senior vice president of multi-brand and relationship marketing for IHG: "We recognise that our frequent Holiday Inn guests want to make the most out of their valuable leisure time, enjoying weekends away for free and spending quality time with their partner or family. Even though we are the largest hotel group in the world, we cant be everywhere."
"Now with the Any Hotel, Anywhere reward we can offer our members even more freedom to choose where they stay when using their points, Loyalty is a two way street, so by giving our members this greater flexibility, we believe theyll stay even more loyal to us," Sickel concluded.
