Achiever CRM finds favour with new UK clients

The UK-based customer relationship management (CRM) software provider Achiever CRM has announced details of three new CRM contracts, adding to its existing client list which includes The British Tourist Authority, T-Mobile, and Sector Group.

The global personal financial services group Bentley Reid sought a CRM solution to assist its business transition plan and accommodate multiple business locations worldwide. Achiever Enterprise is due for implementation by January 2005 to manage data input and offer clearer visibility of information business-wide, integrating with a range of enterprise applications including Sage.

The UK-based geographical information systems firm Innogistic has also signed up to use software from Achiever to automate the front end of its business, including sales, project management, service delivery, and the management of helpdesk and service level agreements.

Finally, the network and communications solutions provider STS Communications is to upgrade to Achiever Enterprise as well, providing both corporate information management and a CRM system. The company aims to use the system to make information more easily accessible to its sales and operations staff, while also automating various processes and management tasks to bring about more consistent high standards of service. In a secondary consecutive phase, STS is to implement Achiever Anyware (based on Microsoft's .NET application hosting platform) to provide its clients with direct and real-time business information through a secure web portal.
