NAPERVILLE, Ill. – (June 3, 2020) – ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, based in Naperville, Illinois, raised over $5,000 in the ampliFI Loyalty Solutions’ COVID-19 Response Fund. The fund assists those directly affected by the virus and gives back to frontline medical workers in their local community.
The target goal was $5,000 and the company generously offered to match all donations up to $10,000. Many of the ampliFI Loyalty Solutions internal team made contributions as well as outside vendors the company works with, such as Vya and Oxe Group. With a total of $3,800, the grand total with the company match was $7,600. With the funds raised, the company will be purchasing essential supplies and goods for those directly affected by the virus through Loaves & Fishes, Naperville, as well as providing proper meals to those working the medical frontlines at the local hospital.
The initiative was launched on May 5, 2020, on #GivingTuesdayNow, and ran through the month of May. GivingTuesdayNow, was a global day of giving and unity as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. As a company, the financial institution loyalty leader believes during unprecedented times, humanity must collaborate and do their part to support one another as everyone navigates through this crisis together. It was important to ampliFI Loyalty Solutions to fundraise in order to give back in this desperate time of need and to take action in the battle against the Coronavirus pandemic.
To prevent the spread of the virus, the company enforced contactless donations and delivery. ampliFI Loyalty Solutions specifically chose to go through GoFundMe to virtually collaborate through receiving online donations to purchase essential goods online to donate and deliver to those in need.
