Cheap US holiday for Swedish newspaper's loyal readers

Over half a million members of international free newspaper's Club Metro loyalty programme now qualify for cheap holidays in New York.

Metro International S.A., the Stockholm-based world-wide international free newspaper, has negotiated its first global partnership for its Club Metro loyalty programme members. Following a deal with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Club Metro members can book five-night round trips to New York, including accommodation, for US$690. Club Metro already has local level promotions with companies such as McDonalds, Ericsson, Comviq, Mitsubishi, Smart Car, SAS and Interflora.

Club Metro has some 550,000 European members to whom it provides discounted services. Metro publishes 21 editions in 15 countries in 13 languages.
