Colloquy webinars to educate on loyalty and profit
The loyalty-marketing magazine, COLLOQUY, is to host a series of four 'webinars' with the US Direct Marketing Association to help companies improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, improve marketing effectiveness, and boost profits.
Each one-hour webinar (online seminar) explores a different aspect of loyalty marketing, including trends, analytics, direct marketing, and rewards.
Participants can interact with the instructors as information is presented in real time via the internet. The topics covered, and their scheduled dates and times, are as follows:

- Retain your customers! Analytical techniques to predict (and stop) customer churn. Wednesday May 12th, 2004 at 1.00pm (EST).
- Dialog-driven direct marketing. Winning communication strategies to increase sales and improve customer loyalty. Wednesday June 9th, 2004 at 1.00pm (EST).
- Motivating your customers - The psychology of rewards. Wednesday July 21st, 2004 at 1.00pm (EST).
