Katie Osberg leads Global Retail Partnerships for Google’s new and exciting suite of Business Communications products. Katie has worked at Google for over 8 years, of which the last 5+ years have been focused on working with Google’s largest retail partners. She specializes in both conversational and performance marketing, and is a thought leader in both the conversational commerce and connected retail space.
Margie Kupfer is Vice President of Marketing, North America, and is responsible for developing the marketing strategies that drive growth and support imimobile’s leadership position in enterprise CPaaS. These responsibilities include lead generation, sales enablement, product marketing, public relations and event management. She works side by side with sales and business development to create inspiring content, proposals and relationships with clients and the industry. Prior to joining imimobile, Margie was the vice president of marketing at Lord & Taylor Department Stores. She was responsible for directing brand strategy and activation to support overall corporate goals and maximize advertising effectiveness across all print and digital channels. These strategies included both customer retention and loyalty as well as customer acquisition and branding.
Ramy Riad is Vice President of Future Messaging for imimobile, and is heavily involved in the global messaging ecosystem and sits on several GSMA Global Requirements and Specifications Groups that actively develop the Universal Profile for RCS. In his role, Ramy advocates for emerging messaging channels – educating operators and enterprises on how to leverage, monetize and market this disruptive technology. Ramy has more than a decades’ experience in telecommunications, working with global operator groups and vendors to undertake major projects with new technologies within the telco space—including core network platforms, payments, and messaging technologies.
