Customer growth and loyalty agency, Customology, have been awarded the ‘Regional Loyalty Champion Award for Asia Pacific’ in the 2020 Global Loyalty Magazine Awards.
The award was presented in London this week, in which almost 400 loyalty professionals from around the world were in attendance. “It was a really inclusive event that united the loyalty community” said CEO of The Loyalty Magazine Awards, Annich McIntosh.

The judges stated “in what proved to be a toughly fought category with at least four very strong contenders, Customology won because it showed clarity of analytics and proved it was engendering loyalty in a tough area.”
In addition,Customology GM, Michael Barnard was also recognised in the ‘30 under 40 Loyalty Royalty’ category. The Loyalty Magazine Awards describes the 30 under 40 as a celebration of the incredible talent emerging and flourishing in the industry. Adding that these people are the lifeblood of the loyalty industry and truly deserve the title of Loyalty Royalty.
