DataDistilleries enters South African market

DataDistilleries, a provider of predictive real-time analytical software, is to enter the South African market by signing a reseller agreement with enterprise software supplier Bytes Business Solutions (BBS).

The partnership will allow BBS to supply its South African customer base with DataDistilleries' software, and also to expand its global offering. The firm will be able to supply advanced analytics to give clients better insight into customer behaviour in real-time.

The DataDistilleries analytical systems will help South African companies analyse their customer data in real time, so they can better predict customer behaviour and preferences, enabling highly targeted and personalised marketing campaigns.

Deploying the software in a real-time environment, such as a call centre or web site, allows for enhanced up-selling, cross-selling, customer retention and fraud detection at the moment of customer contact, generating increased revenue from each interaction. The solutions can use existing CRM systems and environments such as those supplied by Siebel Systems and Chordiant.
