Dunn Tire, a Western New York tire retailer and automotive services provider, is offering customers a new way to save when taking care of their vehicle.
Last week, the company launched the Dunn Tire Club customer loyalty rewards program. Club members will earn points on every tire and merchandise purchase and vehicle service completed at any Dunn Tire location. As points are accumulated, club members may be eligible for special discounts on future Dunn Tire purchases and services.
“We know that maintaining a vehicle is an important investment and, for 45 years, our customers have trusted Dunn Tire to care for their cars and trucks,” said Robert Clark, Dunn Tire managing director of retail operations. “Now, our customers can build on the trust they continue to place in Dunn Tire, save money and keep their vehicles running great, without doing anything different.”
In addition to earning points for future purchases, Dunn Tire Club members will also receive member-only coupons, savings and deals from Dunn Tire.
Dunn Tire customers in the U.S. and Canada may enroll in the Dunn Tire Club online at www.dunntire.com/the-dunn-tire-club. Once enrolled, customers will automatically receive a welcome coupon and can begin earning points immediately.
The launch of the Dunn Tire Club is the latest in a series of investments and developments Dunn Tire has made to continually enhance the customer experience.
Earlier this year, the company began offering free online service estimates for all Dunn Tire locations, connecting customers with a team of Automotive Service Excellence-certified service technicians, providing a detailed service estimate by email and then assisting with scheduling a service appointment.
Established in 1973, Dunn Tire operates a total of 29 retail locations from Erie, Pennsylvania, to Syracuse, including 14 locations across Western New York.
In addition to a world-class selection of tires and tire-related services, including seasonal tire changeover, tire rotation, alignment and flat tire repairs, Dunn Tire offers a full complement of automotive services. Customers can take advantage of onsite brake and battery services, oil and fluid changes and service, and New York State Inspection service.
