Ernex revises strategic loyalty alliance programme
The real-time loyalty programme provider Ernex (part of Moneris Solutions Corporation) has launched a revised version of its Strategic Alliance Program, which is aimed at companies that mix complimentary products and services with Ernex loyalty and gift card programmes.
Ernex works with its strategic alliance partners to provide gift card and loyalty programme technology and real-time marketing programmes that enhance their programmes and capabilities.
With the acquisition of Ernex by Moneris in November 2003, the original Marketing Partner Program underwent some dramatic changes, starting with the removal of its focus on processing partners, which were replaced with a renewed emphasis on expansion in the US market and integration with leading POS and peripheral technology partners.
With this latest revision, the strategic alliance programme provides four alliance categories into which partner companies are divided: Integration Alliances, Peripheral Technology Alliances, Complementary Service Alliances and Marketing Agency Alliances.
"We're looking for companies that are interested in providing complimentary products and services and access to the industry verticals that we target," said David Falk, vice president of business development for Ernex. "We want to work with organisations that understand the value of loyalty and real-time marketing at the point-of-sale as a compliment to their own solutions and as a benefit to their customers."
