Loylogic, the global leader in loyalty and engagement solutions, and Etihad Guest, the award-winning loyalty program of Etihad Airways, have joined forces to launch the next evolution of its Reward Card for Etihad Guest members.
Powered by Loylogic’s innovative Pointspay solution, the Etihad Guest Virtual Reward Card grants Etihad’s loyalty program members more power to spend their miles with their favourite retailers in store, as well as online.
The Virtual Reward Card can be easily added to digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Members will be able to afford more and unlock greater value from their miles, whether they are splashing out for a luxury item or making an everyday purchase as simple as buying a coffee.
In practice, members can choose how many miles they want to load onto their Virtual Reward Card via the Etihad Guest Reward Card app, available on iOS and Android. Miles can be debited in just a few seconds, and it remains available to spend on the card for up to three days, at the end of which the card is unloaded and unspent miles are credited back automatically to the member’s Etihad Guest account.
Pointspay has offered the Reward Card to Etihad Guest members since 2012, and this new in store offering marks the latest milestone in Loylogic and Etihad Guest’s existing partnership. This new addition enhances the program’s lifestyle proposition extended to its members and complements the various ways in which members can use their miles on everyday spends.
