It’s Almost Go-Time!

Here’s a sneak-peek at what’s going to happen in Fort Lauderdale tomorrow …

We’ll be gathering for greetings and cocktails on Wednesday evening.  That soiree is being sponsored by our good friends at Maritz Loyalty.

Thursday starts off with a networking breakfast hosted by Kobie Marketing and will be followed by opening remarks from our CEO, Bill Hanifin.  Darrin Samaha of Yeswayunveils the strategies and methodologies behind their great success.  Bob Welch of 84.51walks us through the customer data thinking that is powering successes such as Kroger’s.

Lunch, overlooking the marina, is sponsored by Loylogic, followed by Barry Kirk, of Maritz Loyalty, and Christopher Summers from University of South Carolina on behavioral science and next-gen consumer engagement.  Then Rachel MacQueen and Jane Moran of Air Miles tell us how to leverage data at scale.  David Andreadakis of Kobie talks us through key emotional drivers of customer loyalty and Matthew Seagrim of SCENE Rewards illustrates the finer points of paid loyalty.

The main sessions close with remarks from Mike Capizzi of the Loyalty Academy and we wrap up with cocktails at the conference reception.
