French bank adopts Teradata multi-channel CRM
French banking institution CCF (a member of the HSBC Group) is to implement Teradata's CRM solution to improve its ability to manage multi-channel sales and to personalise customer relationships.
The system will manage 12 national marketing campaigns and 1,000 local campaigns each year, across a number of product categories. The system will collect and report on sales opportunities for each service delivery channel (branches, call centres, online and mail) every day, and provide sales representatives with potential customer names in prioritised order.
The detailed results of the sales efforts will be provided to bank executives so that they can monitor the success of marketing campaigns.
Integration of Teradata's CRM solution is expected to provide the bank with a more complete approach to its global management strategy for customer relationships.
