Globoforce boosts rewards in South and Latin America

The employee reward and recognition provider Globoforce is to add hundreds of new selections to its reward catalogues in South and Latin America. Reward options in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Venezuela are being expanded thanks to new international client signings.

Globoforce solutions are helping organisations around the world to implement multicultural incentive programmes through which programme participants can recognise colleagues for achievement of company goals, and corporate headquarters can manage the programme's international effectiveness with a 'one world view' programme dashboard.

Expansions In Argentina, Globoforce has signed up popular hair salon Roberto Giordano, leading cinema chain Village Cines, restaurant group La Cabaña, and national on-line retailer Altocity.com, among many others.

Partners in Brazil include Siciliano, a national supplier of books, CDs and DVDs, as well as PB Kids with a network of toy stores throughout the country. The Prodiscos Colombia chain sells books, music and DVDs is joining Globoforce there, as are Kenneth Cole in Costa Rica, the TGI Friday restaurant chain, and sports store Extremos.

In Mexico, Blockbuster, Fashion line, Mix-up and Sanborns represent entertainment, fashion, and online merchant signings. And in Venezuela Globoforce is partnering with Apuros.com, Casablanca and General Import, a national department store.
