Jo-Ann Stores launches loyalty credit card
The US-based fabric and craft retailer Jo-Ann Stores has joined forces with Barclays Bank Delaware (formerly Juniper Bank) to launch a new co-branded credit card, the Jo-Ann Platinum MasterCard, linked to the company's Preferred Customer programme.
The Jo-Ann Platinum MasterCard will allow customers to earn up to 5% of their card purchases toward "Creative Cash". Customers earn 5 points for every US$1 spent at Jo-Ann stores (or online at JoAnn.com), or 1 point per US$1 spent on all other purchases using the card.
When customers reach 1,000 points, they automatically receive a US$10 Creative Cash Card. For every 500 points earned above 1,000 points, they then receive an additional US$5 in Creative Cash. And after their first purchase or balance transfer, they receive a bonus US$10 Creative Cash Card.
Loyalty linkage New credit card holders will be automatically enrolled in Jo-Ann's Preferred Customer loyalty programme, and receive additional coupons and sale notifications.
