Jordan Vineyard launches loyalty scheme

Jordan Vineyard & Winery, a US-based producer of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines, has announced the launch of a new customer loyalty programme called 'Jordan Estate Rewards', to reward its best customers with unique experiences at the Jordan Estate.

When customers enrol in Jordan Estate Rewards they earn loyalty points (based on their spending with the estate) that can later be redeemed for exclusive guest privileges at the Jordan Estate.

Reward options Rewards on offer currently include tours, wine tastings, member-exclusive events, and various opportunities to learn more about pairing the right wines with different foods.

Other rewards allow guests to enjoy private dining, lunch on the terrace (prepared by the estate's chef), and fishing excursions on Jordan Lake. At the upper end of the rewards scale are overnight getaways in the estate's luxury accommodations.

Membership terms Membership in the Jordan Estate Rewards programme is open to any customer, and there is no cost associated with joining. Members can redeem their points after they have accumulated 4,500 points. Points are maintained throughout a rolling three-year period (i.e. unredeemed points expire three years after being issued), and members can check their points balance online at any time.
