Kenworth expands loyal truck owners' privileges

In the USA, the 'Kenworth Customer Loyalty Program' - which offers a US$2,000 rebate on qualifying truck purchases - has been extended until September 2007, applying to those who trade in an existing Kenworth truck and buy a new 2008 Class 8 model Kenworth T660, T800, W900 or T2000.

Those participating in the truck buyer's incentive scheme can either choose to use the US$2,000 as a cash payment toward the purchase of their new truck, or keep the rebate as a cash reward.

Privilege programme expanded At the same time, the Kenworth Privileges rewards programme has been expanded to provide more than 70 offers, totalling over US$1,600 in parts and service savings. The programme provides loyal customers with a variety of parts and service discounts, many of which offer multiple or unlimited redemptions.

Owner-operators, fleets and repair shops can benefit from the programme's offers, which feature savings on more than 30 well known brands. The programme also includes a membership card and web-based access to profile information and programme updates.

Membership fee Customers can join the Kenworth Privileges programme at participating Kenworth dealerships in the United States, Canada and Mexico, for a one-time activation fee of US$9.95. The new membership card can then be registered either at the dealer location, or through the programme's web site, which also provides members with access to their account information, including details of offers used and still available.
