New series launches on Wednesday, May 12 at 1pm ET. The first episode will feature Margaret Murphy, Founder and CEO of Bold Orange.
The Wise Marketer and The Loyalty Academy are proud to announce a new interview series celebrating female executives in the Customer Loyalty industry. The series will be composed of video interviews featuring a global pool of executives who are influential in digital customer marketing today, and those that have made lifetime contributions to the art and science of customer loyalty throughout their careers.
You’ll be hearing from people working around the globe with brands, suppliers, and in academia. We’ll also feature some of the 90+ female members of the Loyalty Academy’s Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™ (CLMP) community. Most events will be live, and all will be free to attend. Each interview and discussion will be packaged as a one-hour segment with at least one published each month.
The conversations will highlight unique perspectives on loyalty marketing from each of our guests as they share how loyalty has evolved and where the greatest opportunities lie ahead. But more than industry talk, we want to get to the substance of these notable people. What type of journey has our guest navigated? How did they get their start, and where have they found their greatest sources of encouragement? Who were the strongest influencers in their lives and what pivotal career moments made the biggest difference?
We’ll also cover the challenges facing women in the workplace today. You will hear about breakthroughs that have been personally experienced and perspectives on remaining obstacles that need to be cleared for women to achieve sustainable equity in corporate leadership in this growing industry.
During each discussion, there will be valuable tips for anyone navigating a career in customer engagement and loyalty marketing. You will hear secrets for operational success, and benefit from career-building tips, hacks, and magical ideas that you won’t hear anywhere else.
Think of this as an opportunity to have some one-on-one time with the people you’ve most admired or wanted to meet. You may have seen them at conferences, in webinars, and read their thoughts in business publications. This is your chance to absorb powerful mentorship and an opportunity you don’t want to miss.
Our inaugural interview will be aired live on Wednesday, May 12 at 1pm ET and will feature Margaret Murphy, Founder and CEO of Bold Orange. Margaret has an unparalleled history of founding and building very successful businesses in our industry. Her latest venture, Bold Orange Company, has built a reputation for excellent client service and was recognized in 2020 as a “Best Place to Work” by Inc. Magazine and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
We’re fortunate to have Cindy Faust as our host for this inaugural session of Women in Loyalty™. Margaret and Cindy first met in 2005 while working at Carlson Marketing, and you can expect a great discussion.

We’ve made a commitment to support this series over an extended period. There are more qualified women on our guest list than we could feature if we treated this as a campaign or topic du jour. Our feeling is that this is a series long in the making and one that deserves a permanent dedication of effort and energy.
Once you experience these interviews, we’re sure you will agree.
