With new investments in blockchain-based concepts, to the use of messaging platforms such as Whatsapp, as well as integrating the Asia Miles programme in to selected dining and eCommerce partners in Hong Kong, this coalition programme was perhaps one of the most prepared for the pandemic that none of us predicted!
