A new loyalty and gift card solution has been launched to help give mom and pop stores and smaller chains a fighting chance in the competitive retail marketplace.

Brett Perlman, son of the late Stuart Perlman of Caesars Palace, owned a chain of stores in the Northeast and Florida.
