Mall of America® and Coniq partner to launch first-of-its kind membership program

Further establishing the Mall as a leader in the retail and entertainment industry while enhancing the guest experience

BLOOMINGTON, MN (February 8th, 2023) – Mall of America® and Coniq are proud to announce a new membership program, MOA Insiders. Shoppers will now be rewarded throughout the year every time they shop, play, and dine at Mall of America. MOA Insiders is yet another offering that differentiates Mall of America, making it the first combined retail and attraction venue in North America that provides a membership program for guests.

Coniq is a customer engagement platform that offers membership experiences for its valued guests and brand partners by providing technology and loyalty expertise. Mall of America and Coniq worked together to develop a catered membership program that best suits Mall of America guests and encompasses all that the retail and entertainment destination has to offer.

To join MOA Insiders, MOA guests can download the Mall of America App and create a free account. After signing up, all members will begin earning one point for every dollar spent by presenting the QR code on the App at checkout or at MOA Guest Services. Points can be redeemed for various rewards inside the App such as attraction passes, birthday rewards, and unique offers at participating stores.

Members can earn points even faster while getting access to exclusive benefits with a paid membership. For a $35 annual membership, guests will earn five points for every dollar spent. As members spend, they will progress through three tiers, which includes bronze, silver, and gold, based on point earnings. Paid members will immediately have bronze status getting them exceptional rewards valued at $75 including dedicated parking, a Nickelodeon unlimited ride wristband, a 30-minute climb at ClimbZone, early access to events, free ShopMOA shipping, complimentary stroller rentals, and special tenant offers. Moving up in tiers within the loyalty program will unlock additional rewards such as Mall of America VIP tours, attraction tickets, and valet parking.
