Meeting a growing need for CRM training

To provide a range of customer relationship management (CRM) training in both the USA and the UK, US-based software education firm, Perfect Access Speer, has broadened its relationship with CRM solutions provider, Interface Software.

As an increasing number of professional services firms try to build 'employee buy-in' for their CRM implementations, staff training and attitude education is a key part of the system's success.

Perfect Access Speer is to use Interface's curriculum and course materials to deliver training for Interface's InterAction CRM offering.

International users Law firms, financial services companies, accountants, management consultants, and other relationship-based professional services companies are looking to CRM solutions that are capable of delivering 'relationship intelligence', to find new opportunities, enhance client retention, and differentiate from the competition.

More than 350 professional services firms are using Interface Software's InterAction product, representing around 200,000 licensed end users. As a result, Perfect Access Speer (PAS) will now be offering CRM training throughout the USA and United Kingdom, using the Marketing and Data Stewards and Train-the-Trainer classes as defined by Interface's curriculum.

High demand The training courses are available through PAS offices in New York, Washington DC, Dallas, Los Angeles, and London (UK).

"The demand for CRM training is enormous," said Mitchell Grossbach, vice president of business development for Interface Software. "For the nearly six years our two companies have been working together, and we've been impressed by the experience and organisational strength of PAS."
