Microsoft's CRM hosted for faster deployment

For those small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) wanted to deploy a CRM application as quickly as possible while lowering the cost of ownership, a web-hosted version of Microsoft's CRM offering has been launched by Surebridge, in partnership with Microsoft Business Solutions.

Surebridge's CRM Online hosting service allows SMBs to obtain immediate access to all the features of Microsoft CRM anywhere, and at any time, without getting over-involved in its deployment or daily management.

Clients will be able to start using the customer relationship management (CRM) solution immediately upon signing up for the online service, with Surebridge consultants handling the deployment and on-going management of the application.

Quick implementations Effectively, clients of the service are left to focus on their business processes and employee involvement, which are often the weaker points of a CRM initiative.

The service can also be integrated into other Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Office, Exchange Server, and other financial management applications, as well as other third-party CRM extensions based on Microsoft's technology.

The online service was made possible by Surebridge's recent acquisition of ManagedOps.com, a Microsoft Gold certified partner for hosting and application services. The two companies collaborated on the development of the hosted service, and will jointly market and support it.

Surebridge is offering CRM Online for an introductory monthly fee of US$99 per user, with a one-time US$695 setup fee (in addition to standard Microsoft CRM software licensing requirements).
