Mobile phones remain high on the list of the most complained-about industries in the USA for the second consecutive year, according to the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB).
While the number of mobile phone-related complaints processed by Better Business Bureaus (BBBs) throughout the USA has decreased from 21,534 in 2002 to 18,323 in 2003, only automobile dealers generated more consumer complaints last year (23,729). Mobile phone carrier complaints experienced the greatest surge in 2002, when the total rose by 263% over 2001's figure.
