NASCAR Members Club gains new loyalty benefits
The interactive marketing firm Webloyalty and loyalty programme developer Stoneacre have partnered with NASCAR to help boost the number and range of discount benefits available to participants in the Official NASCAR Members Club.
Members of the NASCAR club in the US now have access to more than 160,000 valuable local and national discounts, including up to 50% off at a number of tourist attractions, amusement parks, restaurants, retailers, and cinemas. Webloyalty is also providing the club with a redesigned, easy-to-navigate web site to help make club member benefits easier to access. The company will also manage member services and order fulfilment for the club.
Current members will receive the new benefits under their existing membership, and new members will receive a 30-day free trial for joining the club.
VIP status The club was created in early 2005 to recognise NASCAR's most loyal fans by enabling them to achieve "NASCAR VIP insider" status and get even closer to the sport and its associated excitement.
The club already provides its members with various benefits, such as VIP Treatment at NASCAR events, insider information and driver reports, exclusive and limited-edition merchandise, collectables, ticket and race travel offers, discounts from NASCAR sponsors and licensees, and of course access to NASCAR Local Chapter events. The club has more than 1,100 local chapters across all 50 states.
According to Patrick Brady, chairman and CEO for Stoneacre (which manages the members club for NASCAR), "The Official NASCAR Members Club is committed to providing loyal NASCAR fans with the best experience and benefits when they participate in the programme. The partnership with Webloyalty helps to support the growth of our programme and enhance and expand the number of added benefits for users, resulting in a more valuable programme for loyal NASCAR fans."
