NestEggz offers savings for online banking usage
The US-based retirement savings reward programme, NestEggz, has signed the internet bank, NetBank, as its latest reward-issuing sponsor, with participants being awarded up to US$50 for opening and maintaining money market and cheque accounts with the bank.
Following the establishment of the agreement between NestEggz's operator, Vesdia Corporation, and NetBank, members of the NestEggz programme can earn contributions toward their retirement savings goal in two ways:
- The first US$25 is earned for opening and funding a NetVantage Money Market account, or a NetValue or SuperValue cheque account, which within six months of being opened has an average monthly balance of US$500 or more.
- The second US$25 is earned for keeping the money market or cheque account open for more than six months.
"Our affiliation with NetBank provides our members with a convenient method of managing their finances while strengthening the earnings power of their money, no matter where they live in the country," commented Vesdia's chief financial officer, Mike Mitchell.
