Nokia launches elite developer rewards programme
Nokia has created a recognition and reward programme called 'Forum Nokia Champion', designed to reward the best individual mobile application developers for their skills as developers and their devotion to advancing mobile application development worldwide.
Membership of the Forum Nokia Champion recognition and reward programme is by invitation only, and selection is based upon developers' extensive knowledge of Nokia platforms and related technologies and applications, as well as their level of participation in Forum Nokia (a mobile developer community). Forum Nokia Champion membership is granted for a period of one year to the most outstanding developers (and individual employees from developer companies).
Champion benefits Forum Nokia Champion membership allows top developers to use the 'Forum Nokia Champion' title and qualifier professionally for the term of their membership, and also provides a showcase for their personal achievements through the forum.nokia.com web site and Forum Nokia newsletters.
Forum Nokia Champion events (held twice a year) also give members the opportunity to meet Nokia's own experts, as well as other members, to exchange ideas on development issues. Membership also includes access to Nokia-sponsored technical services, invitations to Forum Nokia events and training, as well as access to the Forum Nokia Champion extranet (where membership benefits are provided and explained).
