Oman telecoms company launches Elite Club
Oman-based telecoms company, Nawras, has launched an exclusive privilege programme for its high-spending customers.
Claimed to be a first for telecommunications providers in Oman, Nawras has offered an invitation-only loyalty programme which is available in two exclusive membership classes - Gold and Platinum.
Superior experience According to Ross Cormack, Chief Executive Officer of Nawras, "The Nawras Elite Club is designed to make members feel truly special by delivering a superior customer loyalty experience that offers unmatched value, premium recognition and unique rewards." Membership in the Nawras Elite Club is open to both Nawras Ajel postpaid and Nawras Mousbak prepaid customers and is valid for a period of one year.
Nawras customers with an average minimum monthly spend of RO 25 (US$65) and above, over a period of six months, are eligible for Gold membership, while those with an average minimum monthly spend of RO 100 (US$260) and above, over a period of six months, are eligible for Platinum membership. Nawras customers who subscribe to the Nawras Broadband Internet Gold Plan for RO 29 (US$75) per month also qualify to be a part of the Elite Club.
Wide-ranging benefits Elite Club cardholders benefit from deals and offers from AAA, Bahwan Travel, SIXT Rent-A-Car, BankMuscat, Muscat Municipality, Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance, OHI Electronics LLC, Welcare, Pure Gold, Barista Café, Papa Johns, Dairy Queen, Spicy Village, Kamat, Woodlands, Golden Oryx and more.
Platinum cardholders and their families are also entitled to complimentary access to the First Class Lounge at Muscat International Airport. Members who fly in to Muscat can present their Platinum membership card at Bahwan Travel's Meet & Greet Service counter, and will be assisted in completing immigration formalities without any waiting and breezed through the queues. A clever twist is that Platinum members can participate in free trials of the latest Nawras products and services before anyone else.
Other benefits include privileged card rentals, free AAA roadside assistance, a life time free credit card from BankMuscat, and deals from exclusive restaurants.
