Prepaid incentive cards for businesses from AEIS

AEIS has simplified its reward process with a web site that offers an array of prepaid gift cards for businesses that manage and implement their own sales incentives, employee reward and recognition, and corporate incentive programmes.

American Express Incentive Services has launched RewardCardStore.com, an online storefront that meets a growing business need: offering corporate incentives and rewards that are motivating while providing the freedom and choice of prepaid cards.

According to Tamara Carlton, product manager, to launch the products AEIS is offering the Select Shopping Card at 5% off the card value until the end of December 2008.

She continued: "We are introducing this promotional offer right when it will be appreciated most - the holiday gifting season. By taking advantage of this offer, our customers can enjoy purchasing a card valued at US$100 for US$95 with no additional card fees, for example."

The product portfolio includes a mixture of universal prepaid cards and card products using DirectSpend, a patented prepaid card acceptance process that strategically directs cardholder spend to a specific merchant or group of merchants.

The portfolio available at RewardCardStore.com was developed to appeal to the special needs of small business customers, and the cards are immediately available for quick shipment.

The suite of prepaid incentive cards includes:

  • The Gas Card: a prepaid fuel card which is accepted at virtually any fuel establishment that accepts American Express cards in the US.
  • The Restaurant Card: the multi-restaurant card for recipients who enjoy stepping out in style. This card is valid in the US only.
  • The Select Shopping Card: a no-fee prepaid card ideal for employee recognition and vendor gifts which features a collection of popular, nationally recognised retailers in the US.
  • The Everything Card - which is welcomed at almost any establishment in the US that accepts American Express cards.
