Priority Club Rewards launches Japanese web site

Priority Club Rewards, the customer loyalty programme for InterContinental Hotels Group, has launched a Japanese web site designed with full functionality to better serve Japanese-speaking members.

More than 63 million people use the internet in Japan, and the new web site will offer them the chance to enrol in the Priority Club Rewards programme, to redeem rewards online, to register for promotions, to view account and programme information, to review current reservations and to email or contact the service centre.

Members can earn points or miles for stays or redeem points for free nights at more than 3,500 hotels in nearly 100 countries.

InterContinental already operates web sites in French, German, Spanish and Chinese.

Membership of Priority Club Rewards has doubled over the past three years to more than 23 million.
