Re/Max launches affiliate-driven loyalty scheme
The US-based real estate franchise Re/Max has launched a new loyalty programme called 'Re/Max Rewards' for its affiliates to provide to their customers, thanks to a partnership with loyalty platform provider Next Jump.
Using the new loyalty platform, Re/Max affiliates in the US will be able to give their clients and new homebuyers access to discounts and Next Jump's proprietary WOWPoints at thousands of local and national merchants covering everything from home goods and electronics to leisure and dining out.
"The programme offers a tool for agents to provide to their customers," explained Mike Reagan, Re/Max senior vice president of business alliances. "The average family spends over US$2,500 after they list their home, and then a lot more again when they move into their new home. This programme is designed to help them save on those purchases."
Re/Max Rewards will allow affiliates to create a unique loyalty programme for their individual sets of clients, and create a strong point of differentiation in the highly competitive real estate market. The programme is already garnering attention from industry experts, with Barry Westgard of Westgard & Associates commenting: "This programme's ability to bring ongoing communication and recognition between the agent and consumer is its greatest benefit, allowing them to build affinity in ways that are not otherwise available."
Next Jump's loyalty platform is currently used by more than 90,000 clients which include Hilton, Dell and 70% of the F1000, reaching in excess of 100 million end users, all of whom are able to earn and redeem the company's proprietary WOWPoints cash-like loyalty currency.
