She leads up all global CRM, data acquisition, and loyalty activations across their global markets with a focus on maintaining consumers for as long as possible and engaging with them through digital platforms. Kalina not only acts a project manager for all implementations but works with each specific region to develop business use cases and coordinates with vendors and internal tech teams to bring projects to fruition. She is ‘tech forward’ in her thinking and continuously explores new approaches to help build customer acquisition and engagement. In addition, Kalina is a Muay thai practitioner, A CYT-200 licensed yoga practitioner and a two-time US President’s Volunteer Service Award recipient.

Kyle Floro is an experienced senior sales professional who has been with Snipp for 7 years, providing strategic guidance and helping brands globally with their customer engagement and retention needs.
