RewardHub loyalty rewards provider network launched

RewardStream has launched a new network called 'RewardHub', aiming to bring together the industry's top reward and incentive providers and make their programmes available to companies that use the company's LifeCycle Marketing Platform for their customer loyalty programmes.

Consumers today expect a full range of reward options and incentives if they're going to stay actively engaged with a loyalty programme, and the need to constantly expand and refresh a programme's reward options is adding real pressure to many programme operators' marketing efforts.

Programme operator benefits Using web-based technologies, RewardStream's new network of reward suppliers allows loyalty programme operators to more easily build a compelling reward catalogue by simply choosing from a range of independent providers of gift cards, merchandise, prepaid cards, rebate cheques, loyalty currencies, and travel rewards.

The company is providing the new RewardHub network to all of its clients at no extra cost, and - unusually for a rewards fulfilment service provider - has chosen not to use the network to make any extra profit from or derive any additional financial benefit from the provision of rewards through the network.

To help clients in the decision-making process on rewards categories or providers, RewardHub also provides vendor scorecards and reviews from other companies that have used each vendor in the past.

Partner benefits According to RewardStream, reward fulfilment partners stand to benefit from network membership in several ways:

  • Highly qualified sales leads: With network clients being (in general) large enterprises that are running large customer loyalty programmes, they are pre-qualified as being in the market to buy rewards and incentives for their customers.
