Bond Brand Loyalty was named a Leader in Loyalty Solutions by independent research firm Forrester in its recently released Forrester Wave™ Loyalty Solutions, Q2 2021 report. Among other accolades, the report states that “Bond’s loyalty platform, Synapze™, has strong campaign design capabilities and a UI with intuitive workflows.” The tech from Bond earned the highest scores possible in criteria including AI, user experience, data management, and integration.

This was not the first rodeo for Bond in terms of rising to the top of an independent research study. The recognition comes on the heels of Bond earning recognition in the following reports:

  • Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Database and Engagement Agencies, Q1 2021
  • Forrester’s Now Tech: Loyalty Marketing, Q4 2020 Report
  • 2020 Gartner Market Guide for Loyalty Management

Wise Marketer sees lots of promotion around inclusion in the Forrester reports, and we wanted to learn more about why it is regarded as the leading assessment report for global loyalty providers. In this quick hitting video, Bill Hanifin, Managing Editor at Wise Marketer, interviews Sean Claessen, Chief Strategy Officer and Francis Silva, Vice President of Analytics and Technology — both of Bond Brand Loyalty —  to learn about the effort that is required to complete an assessment process and just how Bond has managed to be recognized as a Forrester leader in Loyalty for 8+ years.

There’s also some bonus conversation about what Bond considers to be the new requirements to design, build, and operate a modern loyalty program. We also talk about the impact of the “crumbling of cookies” on data-driven marketers and the role that 1st party data can play in creating rich customer experiences.

Thanks to Sean and Francis for giving us some time to discuss this topic.
