Seawings offers new tourist travel rewards

The Dubai-based Middle-Eastern seaplane tour operator Seawings has announced the launch of its new customer incentive and rewards programme, aiming to encourage tourism among the ever-expanding expatriate market.

As well as an incentive programme for taking seaplane tours, there is also a programme to encourage word of mouth referrals.

Both programmes are very simple and require little or no effort from the customer, apart from registering their personal details via the Seawings web site, making bookings at discounted rates, or referring friends and family to the tour operator.

Programme members who choose to book additional tours with Seawings earn a 30% discount on their ticket price. The discount is not limited to the same tour package or experience as was previously booked, but rather to any Seawings tour package currently listed on the Seawings web site.

The only exclusion that applies to the discount incentive is that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other Seawings promotion that is running at the time of booking.

The referral programme also has a simple structure. For every four seats booked from a referral by a registered programme member, the member is entitled to one free seat on any Seawings tour, up to the value of the most expensive seat booked by the four referred passengers.

According to Seawings CEO, Stuart Wheeler, "We wanted to encourage passengers who have flown with us before, and give them an incentive to repeat their experience many times over."

Based at Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa, Seawings began operating with only one aircraft but now operates three amphibious aircraft, offering up to 16 flights per day and a range of tour options suitable for individuals, groups, and corporate outings.
