Excitingly, Tecsa has received the renowned Analytics – Retail award in the Hong Kong Business Technology Excellence Awards. Recognising outstanding companies that made exceptional contributions in the pursuit of technological innovation. The award association crowns the best first-rate firms with the most innovative and unique IT initiatives and solutions that helped push forward doing business in Hong Kong. Of which Tecsa is now proudly included in.
Throughout 2023, our team have been hard at work building and rolling out the new OneViu Analytics Platform in collaboration with our strategic partner Dairy Farm International (DFI), one of Asia’s largest retail organisations. This state-of-the-art Analytics Platform combines granular transactional & customer data, allowing anyone across DFI access to rich insights in a few minutes or less, whether that be analysing the performance of a whole retailer like Wellcome, or drilling down and looking at a specific product in a specific store on a specific day!
Three of Tecsa’s major achievements were specifically noted in giving the award.
- There was a huge rollout of OneViu to over 290 Dairy Farm staff, supported by over 35 training sessions.
- The adoption of OneViu has been very strong, with over 10k+ reports run since its launch in February 2023.
- OneViu is now considered one of the fastest analysis tools available, with reports running in a matter of minutes or less.
