The technology of one-to-one marketing, two years on
In August 2005 an article in The Wise Marketer, written by Jesse Quatse, summarised the technology of one-to-one marketing and introduced a new approach called 'statistical inference'. Two years later, that technology has been commercialised, passed 6 months of beta testing, and is now 6 months into its first usage in many well known grocery superstores throughout the US.
