Our COO, Aaron Dauphinee, had the opportunity to meet Engage's CTO, Len Covello. Recently Aaron talked with Len about the role of new technology and innovations as the loyalty ecosystem evolves globally. Len outlined his perspective on the technology shifts underway that will enable loyalty, recognition, and incentive programs to be more meaningful and personally relevant. He also outlined how Engage is developing and implementing solutions to deliver a consistent experience that results in enhanced customer engagement and rewards their client's customers, sales people, or employees.
